Founded in 2021 by macro investor Dan Tapiero, our firm invests exclusively in the growth-stage of the Digital Asset Ecosystem (DAE).

Believing that “all things of value will move on-chain,” we utilize disciplined underwriting, extensive operational and governance expertise, and thesis-driven diligence to assess opportunities and construct our portfolios.

We do not invest in venture-stage projects. We leverage our unique expertise in macro, trading and risk management to build exposure to the growth of blockchain and digital assets through mature, established businesses, limiting volatility and downside. We employ strong price discipline and value consideration for all investments.

Through our portfolio and process, we occupy a distinct role in the space as a thought leader, connector and voice of judgement. Across 23 portfolio companies we hold 11 board and observer seats. We are actively involved with our companies, fostering partnerships and providing strategic support.

Through Funds III and IV, we hold a control position in Zenrock, a blockchain security and infrastructure company which we wholly operate.

Our unique combination of skills and experience as investors, operators, and directors positions us at the center of the DAE, creating a distinct ability to identify and evaluate investment opportunities and to facilitate better outcomes for our companies across the sector.
